With the traditional Kapelle and the Festsaal Bolle Meierei offers exactly the rooms that are suitable for holding receptions. Industrial Gründerzeit ambience combined with modern elements creates a lasting impression. The premises have an unmistakable style and are perfectly suited for companies whose event should have an elegant and exquisite flair. For events of up to 800 guests.

Bolle Meierei offers various rooms in which the event and the reception can take place. Organisers can first welcome their visitors in the foyer, in the milk bar or, if the weather is fine, on the roof terrace. The next step is to take them to the two banqueting halls afterwards and to officially start the event after the get-together. The chapel for the reception and the banqueting hall behind it can also be prepared for the event itself.

Each of the two large halls can accommodate up to 500 people. Capacities of the other rooms are smaller. The milk bar, for example, is perfectly suited as a reception area for guests of honour. They can be received and looked after here individually, while the other guests wait in the rooms provided for them for the beginning of the event.

You and your meeting participants will find us directly in the centre of Berlin, only five minutes by car from the main train station. Travelling by public transport is recommended. The “Bellevue” suburban train station, the “Turmstraße” subway station as well as the “Turmstraße” and “Kleiner Tiergarten” bus stops are only a few minutes’ walk away from the location.
If the guests arrive by car, the underground garages in Spree-Bogen and at the main station are recommended. Up to 50 parking spaces can be reserved in Spree-Bogen and it is also possible to arrange stopping bans in front of the front door so that buses can stop to drop off the passengers.

How should a reception be prepared before the actual event?

A reception can be organised as a prelude to another subsequent event, such as a gala dinner, company celebration, anniversary or conference. However, a reception is often booked as a separate event for networking or a get-together. The focus here is always on establishing or deepening new contacts – usually with potential business partners – and combining this with a wonderful experience. A get-together as a special event is therefore of great importance. A special, friendly reception in an appropriate ambience feels good pays off. Depending on when the event starts, coffee, tea and water will be served first at the morning reception. If necessary, the coats will be handed in or a personal greeting and a short speech will take place. In the evening, usually sparkling wine or champagne are chosen (champagne reception). Food is served over time either by service staff on a tray or at a beautifully prepared buffet. In the morning, for example, breakfast canapés in the form of sandwiches, salmon slices, pretzels with butter or smoothies can be offered. In the evening, various kinds of finger food can be provided.
